I don’t usually post on Sunday, but I wanted you to have this right away. It’s THAT important.

What does it take to make a prospect or customer notice your [tag]business[/tag] as a special one? One that’s stands above the rest in [tag]integrity[/tag] and [tag]service[/tag]?

A common lament these days is about how [tag]customer service[/tag] has become a thing of the past. Big companies with highly respected names leave their customers disappointed. They are relying on the unfortunate fact that their competitor’s customer service is even worse than their’s.

What a sad situation! For many businesses, the long term results are going to be disastrous. But like always, one person’s disaster is another’s opportunity.
